The 1894 bayonet was the standard when Norway was overrun by the Germans in 1940, and it continued to be produced for issue to German second-line troops and security troops during the occupation. This is an unmodified M1894 Krag Jorgensen bayonet with a 21.5cm blade, wood grips, no muzzle ring and a leaver-type “Krag” locking mechanism.
