This is a good example of a rare Royal Navy issue Lee Metford 1888 MKI Type II Bayonet and correct navel pattern brown leather scabbard.
12 inch double edged spear point blade with ricasso stamped with crown VR over '10 / 94' for the date October 1894, pommel and scabbard throat are both stamped with the letter 'N' indicating Royal Navy issue.
All in very good condition with just a crack to one side of wood grip.
