A scarce Point Tip British policeman's Truncheon c 1940's
The Point Tip truncheon was used by the British Police and British Military Police.
The point shaped tip was used to poke non-compliant suspects between the ribs.
14 ½ inches long.
Truncheon has cracks to body but remains solid, leather wrist strap has a repair.
