WWI Imperial German Mauser Butcher Bayonet dated 1916
An original German WW1 Mauser 98/05 with a 14 ½ butcher style blade, stamped at the ricasso with the manufacturer 'Deutsche Maschinenfabrik A.G. Duisburg', and the back edge of the blade is stamped with small inspection mark 'W Crown 16' (1916).
Comes with it's original steel scabbard and it's original leather frog.
Bayonet is in very good condition good grips and a clean undamaged blade, scabbard has a few dents, the leather frog is in original worn condition.
A nice complete untouched example.
