A Japanese type 30 bayonet for the Arisaka type 30 rifle. The 40cm bright steel blade with manufacture arsenal symbols stamped to ricasso of National Denki under Kokura supervision . Bayonet with hooked quillon, slab wood grips and birds head pommel with serial number '88952'.
The blade is in clean straight condition with no signs of sharpening or damage, pommel and crossguard have a dark patina, grips are solid with just a couple of small dents.
The original steel scabbard is in good condition and is retaining most of it's original blued finish with just a small dent to one side.
In overall good condition.
