Egyptian P1876 Martini Henry Socket Bayonet
A scarce British pattern 1876 socket bayonet converted (sight bridge removed) and bushed by the Egyptians to fit the .303 Martini Henry rifle.
Bayonet is 25 inches long with a 22 inch blade and 3 inch socket.
Muzzle ring diameter (MRD) is 16.5mm.
Bayonet has Egyptian army issue marks to the blade.
These bayonets are considered scarce and are sought after by collectors due to their unique conversion and historical significance.
