A WW2 Model SG1884/98 German Mauser bayonet for the K98 Rifle with full matching maker and numbers dated 1943
The blade is stamped on the ricasso, '43 asw' which is the code for E. & F. Hoerster, Solingen and on the other side the serial number '5613'. The scabbard is also stamped "5613" and '43 asw.
Complete with it's original black leather frog.
