1930s Devon Constabulary Heavy Truncheon

A 1930s heavy (392g) wooden Police truncheon stamped with a Kings crown & 'Devon Constabulary'

Devon county constabulary was formed in 1856 and was the Home Office police force for the county until 1966.

The 15 inch Truncheon is in good solid condition and still retains its original leather wrist strap stamped 'ST. LOYES COLLEGE'.
